Well, when Vince, an autobody mechanic and painter by trade, and his wife Amber, were doing some home renovations they decided to use his expertise with detailed autobody painting on their new doors and windows. The contractor was intrigued himself, and after further discussions with other contractors and developers to find out more of what was needed in the industry, their part-time work slowly framed itself into a full-time business - Chameleon TopCoatings.
An idea on its own is a great first step, but how did they actually build the business itself? With a protean approach of course.
