The Canadian Province of Alberta is located in western Canada, the province is bordered by the the Province of British Columbia to the west and the Province of Saskatchewan to the east.
To the north of Alberta lie the Canadian Northwest Territories. The state of Montana is our nearest southern neighbour in the United States with which we share an international peace park (Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park).
